I received a text from my older brother today and the contents of the text made me literally laugh out loud.  The quote of the day came from a lady in a car, her response to a cancer patient on a wheelchair was "don't be mean to me just because you're handicapped."  It's true that handicapped or terminally ill people don't have the right to be mean just because their life is screwed up but then again since their life is screwed up then shouldn't they be able to vent by being mean?  Do healthy people have the right to be healthy and rub it into the faces of those that are ill?

I understand the perks of watching things streamed online because you don't have to search for the torrent or file to download and use up your hard drive space on your PC, but the problem is that it takes up bandwidth which makes your video choppy and you can only watch if you have internet access.  I think streaming is great but I still would prefer to have a data copy on my PC so I can watch anywhere.  Although the only downside nowadays is trying to find the torrent file because a lot of great torrent search sites have been taken down or has limited the types of torrents available which sucks.  Yes, the industry loses money from people not purchasing their videos but at the same time their videos become more popular with a huge fan base due to free downloads otherwise most people would never have heard of their productions or bother to watch it because it costs money.  They should really think of it as free advertisement because who would want to buy stuff that they have no knowledge about and for hardcore fanatics they would buy the real thing even if they have the downloaded goods already.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!  Episode 1

What exactly is anime?  What makes anime from Japan different from the animation from the US?  Why can't we call American cartoons anime as well?  Does it really have to do with their giant alien eyes?  Damn straight it does!  I just don't see how is it possible for an anime to be considered an anime without them giant sparkling round eyes.  It's just a significant trademark of anime after all so an anime without those signature eyes is not an anime at all.  This is why I cannot stand to watch animes like One Piece because they lack the eyes.  It's just not my style of preference.  I like 'em big giant eyes and I cannot lie.

Yes, I have a new anime addiction called Kaichou Wa Maid-sama.  Originally an ongoing manga series so the anime is still ongoing as well and so far only 3 have been subbed which was why I had to take the initiative of reading the manga because I had to get my fix!  Usui and Misaki make a great couple mainly because they are the opposite of each other.  Usui is unbelievably handsome, smart, cool, gifted in everything he tries, rich and mysterious.  He is basically perfect and is Misaki's prince charming and only has eyes for her because she intrigues him since she is strong, hardworking, cute, hates losing and ultimately his.  He is always surprising her, challenging her, guiding her, and saving her because he's very intuitive and knows her very well.  Her coworker said it best that Misaki is the cutest when she is with him.  Swoon~

Cosplay as little sister day

I took my little brother and little sister to get our grub on at Buffalo Wild Wings for their Tuesday special, 55 cent wings!  It used to be 50 cents but they raised the price due to the economic downturn and whatnot.  I still say honey bbq is still the best flavor out of all the flavors.  It was finger licking good!

The KFC's all new Double Down sandwich just came out a week ago and have been the talk of the town in the fast food world but is it really that much of a big deal?  No, not really because there are some other killer manwiches out there already that tops the Double Down in calories, which holds about a mere 500 calories but the killer is the amount of sodium of about 1300 mg.  I expected more from the sandwich because it is slices of cheese, bacon, and the Colonel's special sauce sandwiched between 2 patties of chicken breast.  The taste was lacking and is totally not worth the 5 bucks for the sandwich alone so you're better off making the sandwich yourself.  I ate it, it was edible but not that great to keep on coming back for more.

I am surprised to see that my oldest brother was given a Black Card invite and I wasn't!  My stats are so much better than his in all possible way so where the hell is my damn invite?  But not like I was going to sign up anyways but it's still nice to be asked.  Such a typical girl answer huh?  The reason to always ask even though you know the answer is because if you don't offer then the other person might think that you don't care but really you didn't ask because you already know the answer.  But if you're me then you won't ask because it just means moar for me!

Why do people have to be so anal about things?  I mean you can provide all the proof and what not in the world and they still want more.  What more can they possibly ask?  They ask for this and that which you provide them but they're like um no give me moar!  It's business, I get it because we are talking about thousands of dollars in limbo that no one wants to pay in sales tax but still the evidence is provided and so the money should be returned because prolonging the inevitable is useless and time consuming.  'Nuff said.

Although today is the tax deadline, I am pretty lucky because all of my clients try to get theirs done early otherwise I would be totally swamped right now.  So anyways I was looking at Snow Valley's season pass and it is $150 which is hella cheap for a season pass anywhere!  But then again Snow Valley has always been cheap to begin with since the Tuesday special is $11 a lift ticket.  I haven't gone to Snow Valley but my brother apparently likes it because it's cheap and decent.  Also I heard Mammoth's season ends in July which is pretty crazy to even think that.  I want to try turf snowboarding or even make one to try just to practice buttering during the off season.

In all aspects, things are going good and at the same time things are going so horribly bad.  Business wise all of our businesses and investments are doing good old and new but at the same time things are going horribly bad because we are faced with 2 lawsuits; one that we deserved and one that we don't.  It just makes you think how you can know someone for so long and take care of them all these years and yet they can still turn around and stab you in the back.  I'm sure in the future they are going to get screwed in the ass for their lies because they deserve it or maybe INS can deport their asses back to Mexico.
